Returns

Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Our personalised magnets are exempt from being returned, unless they are damaged or of an unacceptable quality. Magnets that are of a poor quality because of the quality of photo submitted will not be eligible for returns. 

 

Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website?

Yes, you can.

We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after purchasing - so if you change your mind within that time - send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.

 

Can I return my fridge magnets? - Our Customer Happiness Guarantee.

Our number 1 priority here at MadMags is your happiness. This means we stand by our product, 100%, no matter what, no questions asked, no ifs, no and's, no buts. If you have a problem, we will solve it. Refund it. Send you new MadMags. Whatever it takes. Just reach out to our customer happiness team at happiness@madmags.co.nz

 

What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?

We'll make it up to if you in the case that it does. We take great care in packaging and shipping your order but if you discover a flaw or fault in the item, please contact us at happiness@madmags.co.nz within the first 5 days of receiving your fridge magnet and we'll work it out with you.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to our store address (will be provided in email).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
